Individual therapy (psychotherapy or counseling) is a process through which you work one-on-one with our trained therapists in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.
You will have the opportunity to explore your feelings, beliefs or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, and identify aspects of yourself that you would like to change. We will assist you in getting a better understanding of yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
Individuals seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons ranging from coping with major life changes or childhood trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-awareness. We may work together for a few sessions or as long as needed depending on your unique needs and personal goals for therapy.
