People's health lies in the collective, and every person I work with I think of them not as just as an individual, but as connected to their broader community and society. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, holding values to cultivating their growth with the belief that they are our future. I find great importance in family involvement for the care of youth as a means of support, finding connections wherever possible.

With unconditional positive regard, I practice a variety of modalities from play and art therapy techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy, existential therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with clients collaboratively for their treatment, wanting to empower their decision making in their care inside of session to transfer to outside of session.
